By seeing London, I have seen as much of life as the world can show.

London contains some of the most iconic sites of the British Isles. Religious buildings sit beside Royal Palaces and steel-and-glass odes to Capitalism. Below are some of the tours we offer to some of the most remarkable buildings in the capital.
St Paul's Cathedral
St Paul's Cathedral is the seat of the Bishop of London and the mother church of the Diocese of London. Sitting atop Ludgate Hill, the highest point in the City of London, it is dedicated to Paul the Apostle, and was founded in AD 604. The present church, dating from the late 17th century, was designed in the English Baroque style by Sir Christopher Wren. Its construction was part of a major rebuilding programme which took place in the city after the Great Fire of London.
The cathedral is one of the most famous and most recognisable sights of London and was the tallest building in London from 1710 to 1962. Inside, there are the tombs of many notable British figures, including Lord Horatio Nelson and the Duke of Wellington. Others include: Van Dyck, Reynolds and Turner; the scientist Alexander Fleming; and Sir Christopher Wren himself.
The Houses of Parliament (The Palace of Westminster)
Perhaps London's most iconic image, the Palace or Westminster houses the House of Commons and the House of Lords, the two chambers that form the 'Mother of Democracies'. Encompassing the Queen Elizabeth Clock Tower, commonly referred to by the name of the bell it contains, Big Ben, the palace is a remarkable testament to Victorian engineering and ingenuity. A tour of the Houses of Parliament is a tour of all British History.
